Recently I was approached in regards to representing some highly design minded buyers that interested in building modern architecture on a swift moving body of water in the Gallatin Valley. Think A River Runs Through It, only this time Brad Pitt does not have a heavy drinking/ gambling problem this go around. Also he would be more likely to be reading Dwell Magazine then playing poker all night long in this instance. Proceeding forward we knew that all currently existing inventory on the market had either vanished, was extremely out dated, or severely compromised by the recent updates to the FEMA flood maps. This is where the true magic of combining Architecture and Real Estate come together at BozeHome.
Partnering with local Architect EJ Engler of Medicine Hat Inc, (who I happened to intern for after studying Architecture at MSU), we began the journey into studying the true potential, and challenges of this incredibly beautiful piece of land. With many recently high profile remote river projects under his belt, including the Ruby Springs PREFAB in Ruby Springs, MT, we proceeded to study the feasibility of the project, and the project continues to evolve.
